Our mission is to help professionals and entrepreneurs to achieve their health goals faster, recalibrate their mind and live a more vibrant and healthier life.

Our approach at Essentia Center for Integrative Health is to empower our clients through education on the various factors that contribute to dis-ease, such as social conditions, environmental stress and toxins, unhealthy life style habits (poor diet, lack of sleep and exercise, substance use) and genetic predisposition. 

Our moto “Live. Thrive. Shine.” Translates our willingness to support those who are seeking help to restore or maintain their whole health.
